CoJer Surveing, Inc., (CoJer) was founded in 1979 by Chester Jernigan, in Sweetwater, Texas, and in 1981 the company relocated to Abilene, Texas. In 2006 Ray A. Ussery acquired CoJer as his Company. Ray has been with CoJer since 1988. He is a Texas Registered Professional Land Surveyor (RPLS), and the main point of contact at CoJer Surveying where it has been locally owned and operated since 1979.
